Isle
of Man Sports Aid Foundation supported Rob Fagg teamed up with BTRDA
1400 hotshot, 19 year old David Bogie from Dumfires on this weekends
McRae Stages.
The Isle of Man Steam Packet Scholarship recipient and
Mexperience.com backed co-driver and Bogie finished in 15th place
overall in the Pro-Tec Motorsport run Oakbank Services backed
Vauxhall Nova S1400. They also won their class and finished 3rd two
wheel drive home topping of a great weekend for the team.
They had originally been declared second two wheel drive behind
Alistair McRae but due to an incident on stage 4 this was cancelled
and the results then showed the young crew drop to third and also
fall in the overall standings.
"It has been a good weekend for the team and David has driven
extremely well today" commented Rob at the finish in Perth, "We have
got on well in the car and I think that is shown in the times and
result we achieved today. Pro-Tec Motorsport provided us with a
great car and have enabled us to push as hard as we have with
confidence."
