Rob Fagg was forced to pull out of the weekends Quinton Horiba Stages Rally, due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Manx Motorsport Youth Trust recipient had traveled down to Wales to compete alongside Tony Simpson of Liverpool and it was only when there that the nature of these circumstances was realised.   The www.rallyschool.co.uk team had arrived at the event with the car repaired from the previous event but it would remain on the trailer while the other cars went though the scrutineering process.   It was a bitterly disappointing end to the pairings 2004 season as a new work venture will see Simpson take a sabbatical from the rallying scene.
